金属催化器中贵金属测定方法研究及应用

摘要
针对车用金属催化转化器样品,建立了用6 mol/L盐酸溶液浸泡样品,得到的滤液与下溶物分别进行碲共沉淀制备成分析试液后,用ICP-MS法测定贵金属Pt、Pd、Rh分量的方法。经过8家实验室对本方法的共同验证:对于Pt、Pd、Rh三种元素,实验室间相对标准偏差依次为5%、4%、3%,各试验室的样品测定结果与参考值的相对偏差均<10%。结果表明,该方法检出限低,回收率高,再现性好,方法精密度令人满意。
For automotive metallic catalytic converter samples,a detemination method of precious metal Pt,Pd,Rh using ICP-MS was invested.After soaked by the 6mol/L HCl solution,the sample turned into filtrate and insoluble seperately,and then they were preparated into the test solutions respectively after the tellurium coprecipitation.The method has been co-verified by eight domestic and foreign laboratories,and the results are:for Pt,Pd and Rh,the interlaboratory relative standard deviations are 5%,4%,3% respectively,and the relative deviations between the determination results and the corresponding reference values are all less than 10%. The results show that the method has low detection limits,high recoveries,good recovories and satisfactory precisions.
