摘要
溴酸根是饮用水中一种常见的致癌物。本文首次采用喷雾法制备了负载在亚毫米活性氧化铝颗粒上的钯催化剂。在以氢气为还原剂的情况下,相比传统的浸渍法,喷雾法所得的钯/氧化铝催化剂表现出更好的溴酸根催化还原活性。本文还研究了氧化铝颗粒大小对催化还原溴酸根的影响,并进一步考察了该催化剂在固定床催化还原瓶装矿泉水中溴酸根的表现。另外,该催化剂可以有效地催化还原水中甲基橙等偶氮染料。
Palladium catalysts supported on sub-millimeter Al_2O_3 particles were first prepared via a spray method,which showed better activity compared with that prepared via the conventional impregnation method in the catalytic bromate reduction in both batch and continuously operated mode using hydrogen as reductant. The effect of the Al_2O_3 particle size on the activity of catalytic bromate reduction has been also investigated. Moreover, the catalyst can be easily used for continuous situation and demonstrates effective catalytic bromate reduction in simulated bottled mineral water. Additionally, the catalyst can be effective in catalytic reduction of azo dyes such as methyl orange.
