重大病毒病导向的绿色农药化学研究

摘要
植物病毒病素有植物"癌症"之称,是一种世界性病害,研究和防治病毒病一直是农业生产中的世界重大难题。本文以我国粮经作物中重大病毒害黄瓜花叶病、烟草花叶病、水稻病毒病害为研究对象,围绕化学信息干扰重大病毒病侵染、复制、传播生态节点靶标的分子机制这一关键科学问题,采用以"病毒生物学"结合"病毒生态学"的研究策略,基于植物免疫激活的抗病毒先导发现与化学生物学、媒介昆虫化学信息干扰的先导发现及化学生物学、抑制植物病毒复制的先导化合物发现与化学生物学研究三个紧密相关、相辅相成的方面,开展了调控重大作物病毒侵染复制传播的农药化学生物学基础研究,发现了5个原创性的农药先导化合物,3个具有潜在应用前景的高活性化合物,2个杀虫抗病毒药剂的新靶标。寻找出新的作用机制与新先导,为创制具有自主知识产权的绿色农药新品种提供理论依据和指导。
Plant virus disease is considered as plant cancer and is a worldwide important threat to agriculture.Since the mechanism of parasitism and invasion into plant cell of virus is not clear yet,it poses a difficult problem for us to study the prevention and control of plant viral diseases.Based on these important and difficult technical problems we are facing against Cucumber mosaic virus,tobacco mosaic virus,rice virus diseases,our group carried out intensive research work on solving the key scientific questions of the molecular mechanism of the infection,duplication,and spreading of important plant viral.The strategies of "Virus Biology" as well as "Virus Ecology" were combined to tackle this challenge,which include the discovery and chemical biology investigation of antivirus lead compound activating plant immune system,insecticidal lead compound interfering transmission insect pheromone communication,antivirus lead compound inhibiting virus duplication.In general,our research works are carrying out chemical biology research on antiviral agents regulating the infection,duplication,and spreading of import antiviral to look for new action mode,lead compound,which will provide theoretical guidance for future green pesticide innovation.Through the proposed research work,5 original lead structures,3 potential high active compounds,2 novel molecular targets were achieved.
