功能大分子咔唑基光敏剂的合成及光固化性能研究

摘要
传统光聚合引发剂吸收波长短,需使用能耗高伤害大的紫外光源,但合成用于可见光波长范围的光引剂比较困难,在光聚合体系中加入染料增感剂是解决这一问题的重要手段。咔唑衍生物对碘鎓盐引发的阳离子光聚合具有良好的增感作用。以高含氢硅油、1,3,5,7-四甲基环四硅氧烷为原料,3-(3-噻吩)-N-烯丙基咔唑(Th Cz)和3,6-二(3-噻吩)-N-烯丙基咔唑(Th2Cz)为增感基团,4-乙烯基环氧环己烷为可光固化交联基团,硅氢加成得到一系列多功能性大分子光敏剂Ep-ThCz-SiO、Ep-Th2Cz-SiOEp-Th Cz-DSiO和Ep-Th2Cz-DSiO。光聚合实验表明该类增感剂在卤素灯下对碘鎓盐引发的双酚A型环氧树脂(E51)光固化有很强增感作用,且固化后材料表面疏水性明显增强,材料表面静态接触角随着有机硅氧烷含量的增加而增大。
Dyes with interesting long wavelength light absorption properties and high molar extinction coefficients find marvelous applications in photopolymerization. Thiophene and carbazole derivatives were used as photosensitizers in iodonium salt initiated cationic photopolymerization. A series of epoxy-siloxanes modified thiophene-substituted carbazole sensitizers were synthesized via the hydrosilylation reaction. The photo-curing of E51 under halogen lamp showed that these multi-functional macromolecular photosensitizers have strong photosensitive effect to iodonium salt, and the surface hydrophobicity of cured materials was enhanced.
