具有一定普适性的控制非手性卟啉界面组装体超分子手性的策略

摘要
基于其独特的几何结构、吸收光谱特征、物理化学和光化学性质等,卟啉是连接超分子化学与手性化学的重要桥梁之一。除了手性卟啉,非手性卟啉可通过两种途径形成手性超分子组装体。一种是基于非共价键相互作用的手性传递。另一种是基于机械矢量诱导的手性发生,例如定向搅拌、定向旋涂等。目前的报道显示:这些方法仅适用于一些特定卟啉分子。通过使用5种非手性卟啉分子为构筑基元,本文的研究显示:通过单向界面压缩是具有一定普适性的控制非手性卟啉界面组装体超分子手性的策略。此外,我们还详细探讨了,界面压力、压缩速度等的贡献和影响。
Porphyrins are recognized to be important forum bridging supramolecular chemistry and chiral chemistry,where physical effects such as directional stirring and spin-coating etc.have been reported to be fascinating strategies.Nevertheless,these protocols could only be limited to some specific achiral porphyrins.It still remains a formidable challenge to pave a general method for the construction of chiral assemblies using achiral porphyrins.We herein have demonstrated that a series of achiral porphyrins could be asemblied to form chiral interfacial assemblies of controlled chirality using a unique Langmuir-Schaefer(LS) technique of a unilateral compression configuration.We have also investigated the effect of the compression speed on the chiral assemblies and studied the surface-pressure-dependent chiralty selection phenomenon.
