短波红外空间外差光谱仪定标及数据处理技术

本文简要介绍了空间外差光谱仪的原理和特点,提出了基于可调谐激光器的空间外差光谱仪定标方案以实现对短波红外空间外差光谱仪的波数定标及光谱分辨率定标;针对短波红外空间外差光谱光谱定标过程中关键环节,完成了光谱定标数据处理算法,并使用机载短波红外空间外差光谱仪CO2-1通道(1570-1582nm)的定标数据进行了验证。定标结果为波数定标误差小于0.02cm~(-1),通道内光谱分辨率约为0.43cm~(-1),满足机载短波红外空间外差光谱仪的指标要求,表明该空间外差光谱光谱定标方案及数据处理算法正确、有效。
This paper briefly introduces the principles and characteristics of Spatial Heterodyne Spectrometer(SHS). The spectral calibration Scheme based on tunable lasers for wavenumber calibration and spectral resolution calibration of SHS is presented. Aiming at the key parts of SHS spectral calibration flow, the data processing algorithm of spectral calibration is finished and the spectral calibrated data is validated based on airborne SHS of CO2-1 channel(157-1582nm) observation. The results show that the wavenumber calibration error is less than 0.02cm~(-1) and the spectral resolution is 0.43cm~(-1) in the channel, which satisfies the requirements of airborne SHS. This conclusion demonstrates that the spectral calibration scheme and data processing algorithm present in this paper is correct and effective.
