Telematics系统设计与研究

摘要
随着城市工业化的日新月异和和车载网络技术的迅速发展。中国已经成为全球最大的汽车生产国之一。与此同时,传统的汽车销售也慢慢转向以客户为导向的服务式销售。中国汽车消费者的关注点也逐渐从单纯的购买汽车、使用汽车转移到汽车的后续服务。在这种情况下,人们提出了Telematics的概念。Telematics系统是基于语音通信、无线通信和全球卫星定位系统(GPS),它与车辆进行交互式通信,为客户提供信息服务,如位置信息、交通信息、网络信息等。现在Telematics系统在还属于崭新的开发领域,存在许多需要解决的问题。本文主要从技术体系、软硬件架构设计方面对Telematics系统进行初步探讨。
With the industrialization of the city and vehicle network technology is developing rapidly.China has become one of the world's largest car producers.At the same time,the traditional car sales are slowly turning to customer-oriented service sales.The concerns of the Chinese's consumers have gradually transferred from buying a car,using car to follow-up services.In this case,people proposed the Telematics concept.Telematics system is an information service platform.It is based on voice communications,wireless communication and global satellite positioning system(GPS) interactive communication with the vehicle,providing customers with information services.Such as location information,traffic information,the network information and so on.Telematics systems are still in a new development area,there are many problems need to be solved.This paper focuses on the technical system,hardware and software architecture design of the Telematics system.
