摘要
生产线布局设计是制造工程规划设计的重要内容之一,生产线布局的精益程度对于提高生产效率、产品质量、资源利用率,从而降低运行成本提高经济效益至关重要[1]。本文通过运用精益生产的基本原则、理论及方法,在产线布局优化过程中进行实践和创新;在保证现有工艺模式的前提下,实现减少人员、占地面积、钎焊规范和焊接夹具合并,提高生产效率、降低运行成本。
Production line layout design is one of the important content of manufacturing engineering planning and design,lean production line layout to improve production efficiency,product quality,resource utilization,so as to reduce running cost improve the economic benefit is very important.In this paper,by applying the basic principles of lean production,the theory and method,in the process of the production line layout optimization of practice and innovation;On the premise of guarantee the existing process model,to reduce staff,covering an area of,brazing and welding jig,increase production efficiency,reduce operating costs.
