席夫碱类金属配合物的发光及其应用在染料敏化太阳能电池中的研究

摘要
席夫碱类金属配合物以其可调变的结构及发光特性成为金属-有机配位聚合物领域的研究焦点之一~[1]。本研究中采用水热法合成了一系列席夫碱类配体及其金属配合物并采用X-ray单晶衍射,EA,FT–IR,1H NMR,ESI–MS进行了结构及性质表征,进一步将该类金属配合物作为共敏化剂应用到染料敏化太阳能电池体系中以研究其共敏化作用。研究发现:配体结构及中心金属原子对配合物的结构及发光性能;席夫碱类金属配合物作为共敏化剂能够补偿主染料N719在低波长处对光的吸收利用并有效抑制注入电子复合。共敏化后电池的短路电流密度可达18.18 mA cm~(-2),开路电压为0.71 V,填充因子为0.56,在标准太阳光AM1.5G照射下的光电转换效率为7.25%,比单独用N719敏化的太阳能电池效率(5.14%)提高了41%~[2]。
A series of complexes based on Schiff-base ligands have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by X–ray single–crystal analysis,EA,FT–IR,1H NMR,ESI–MS.It showed that the ligand and metal cation can influence the structures and luminescence properties of complexes such as emission intensities and maximum wavelengths.Since these ligands and complexes could compensate the absorption of N719 in the low wavelength region of the visible spectrum,and reduce charge recombination of injected electron,some of them were employed to dye sensitized solar cells as a co-sensitizer of N719.After co-sensitization,the cell device-displays a better photovoltaic performance with a short circuit current density of 18.18 mA cm~(-2),corresponding to conversion efficiency of 7.25%,which is 41% higher than that for DSSCs sensitized individually by N719(5.14%).
