摘要
本船为钢质、单甲板、单底、双机、双桨、柴油机推进的尾机型冷水团养殖工船。本船在中国近海航区作业。本船改装的主要用途是在大舱内养鱼,设置了14个养鱼水舱(1舱备用)。取水时,通过绞机带动悬链,放下设置在两舷的~50m长的取水管,并通过布置在贮水舱两侧的取水泵进行冷水团取水。用水时,通过泵排放到各个养鱼水舱。水流交换时,由于取水管内的水不停的流向养鱼水舱,再通过重力作用经自流管排到舷外,实现水流交换。排污时,在养鱼水舱尾部设置3个并排的集污舱,在14个养鱼水舱各设1根排污管,利用"拔管"将污物汇集到集污舱,再用泵排至舷外。起鱼时,通过压载泵降低养鱼水舱的水位,方便起鱼作业。投喂时,本船设置了饲料舱、2个颗粒饲料间和渔获冷藏库。鲜杂鱼放置于渔获冷藏库进行储藏,并经加工间制作成鲜活饲料用于投喂;渔获冷藏库也用于存放船上经加工的自养成品鱼。物资保障方面,为满足养殖工船在海上长期作业的物资需求,本船设置了冷藏的肉库和蔬菜库。
This ship is a steel, single deck, single bottom, twin screw, diesel engine propulsion tail type cold water mass culture vessel. The ship will operate in China area near Hainan. The main purpose of this modification is to raise fish in large tanks, and to set up 14 fish water tanks(1).When water driving, catenary is arranged in the water down through the winch, 50 m long tube No.two ~, and the layout of water pump in the water storage tank of water on both sides of the cold water mass. When water is used, the water tank is discharged through the pump. When water exchanging, the water in the water does not stop the flow of the fish tank, then by gravity by gravity tube row to the outboard, from realize water exchange. When sewage water pumping out,3 fish tanks are set side by side in the tail of the holding tank, in 14 fish tank each with 1 sewage pipe, the use of "pulling" the dirt collected in a holding tank, then pump exhaust overboard. When get the fish, the water level of the fish tank is reduced by the ballast pump, which is convenient for the fish to work. When feeding, the ship set up the feed cabin, 2 pellets feed room and catch cold storage.
