国家艺术基金是由国家设立,资助艺术创作、传播和人才培养的公益性基金。国家艺术基金设立传播交流推广项目资助文化"走出去",是贯彻落实中共十八大提出的扎实推进公共外交和人文交流的一项具体举措。运行三年来,国家艺术基金资助的"走出去"项目开展情况从一个特定的角度反映了十八大以来中国文化外交的现状与成就。本文以国家艺术基金"走出去"项目为例,展示十八大以来我国文化外交在机制、机构以及内容创新方面取得的新成果。
The China National Arts Fund, a public non-profit organization, sponsors arts creation and publicity as well as talent cultivation. The fund has set up publicity, communication and promotion projects helping Chinese culture to demonstrate itself overseas, which is a concrete measure implementing the task of promoting public diplomacy and cultural exchanges set by the 18 th CPC National Congress. These projects, having been in operation for about three years, specifically reflect the status quo and achievements of China's cultural diplomacy since the congress. Taking these projects as examples, this article shows the new achievements China has made regarding mechanisms and content innovations in cultural diplomacy since the 18 th CPC National Congress.
