老年患者中消化内科护理安全隐患分析及解决方法的研究

摘要
目的:探讨老年患者中消化内科护理安全隐患以及解决方法。方法:抽取我院收治的90例老年消化内科患者进行研究,通过回顾分析法,将其分为对照组(45例)和研究组(45例),对照组主要进行常规护理,研究组进行综合护理以及有关护理安全措施,分析两组患者的安全风险因素,并对不安全的危险因素进行评估,对比两组患者的患者满意度、护理风险发生率、医疗纠纷的发生率以及护理人员的技能熟练度等。结果:研究组的患者满意度、护理风险发生率、医疗纠纷发生率以及护理人员的技能熟练度等明显要比对照组显著,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对消化内科老年住院患者护理安全隐患进行分析评估并采取积极的应对措施,可以有效提升患者护理效果,有临床推广价值。
objective: to study the elderly patients with digestive internal medicine nursing safety problems and solutions. Methods: extraction of our hospital, 90 cases of elderly patientswith digestive internal medicine, through the retrospective analysis approach, it can be divided into control group(45 cases) and group(45 cases) and control group in the main routine nursing care, comprehensive care team as well as the related nursing safety measures, analysis of the safety of the two groups of patients with risk factors, and to evaluate the risk factors of insecurity, contrast of thetwo groups of patients satisfaction, nursing risk incidence, the incidence of medical disputes, and nursing staff skills proficiency, etc. Results: the patients satisfaction, nursing team risk incidence, theincidence of medical disputes, and nursing staff skills proficiency obviously than the control group significantly, such as obvious difference compared the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the elderlyinpatients of digestive diseases nursing safety hazard analysis to evaluate and take active measures, can effectively improve patient care effect, have clinical popularization value.
