内隐学习大脑功能单侧化效应

大脑认知功能单侧化是认知领域的一个普遍现象,而内隐学习是人类很重要的一种认知功能。那么,内隐学习是否也存在大脑功能单侧化效应?最早有研究者提出两种截然相反的观点:右半球优势(Hugdahl,1995)及左半球优势(Grafton,Hazeltine,&Ivry,1995)。此后,单就针对单侧化效应的内隐学习研究稀少,但内隐学习的各种脑成像研究不在少数,因此间接地丰富了其领域成果。本文通过梳理近年来的相关文献,分别从意识角度和单侧化模型角度进行阐述,包括意识、无意识状态及中间意识状态,左半球-常规/右半球-新异模型和左半球-言语/右半球-视空模型,结合内隐学习"特殊性"——意识渐进、动态发展的学习过程(Shanks,2003;2005),认为在内隐学习背景下可能存在"动态"的优势效应,而不是绝对的单个半球优势。无论是从意识角度还是单侧化模型角度,大部分的实验证据都指向内隐学习右半球优势,而出现左半球优势的原因大致是范式不同实验材料不同导致。然而不能忽视的是,随着学习的进行,意识程度会发生改变,那么必然导致优势半球的转移。未来研究可以在严格控制额外变量的条件下,通过更加精准的脑电技术或者核磁共振成像技术来进一步考察内隐学习意识渐进状态下的半球转移效应,即"动态"优势是否真的存在。
The brain functional lateralization effect is a common phenomenon in the field of cognition.Implicit Learning is an important cognitive function of human.Is there a brain functional lateralization effect in Implicit Learning?The earlier researchers put forward two opposite views,Right hemisphere lateralized(Hugdahl,1995)and Left hemisphere lateralized(Grafton, Hazeltine, & Ivry, 1995).Since hen, Implicit Learning research on the brain functional lateralization effect has been few but many maging studies on implicit learning.Thus indirectly, enriched the field results.In this paper, by analyzing the related literature in recent years from two aspects, consciousness and lateralization model including conscious unconscious and consciousness of transition state.Lateralization model included LH-routinization/RH-novelty model and LH-verbal/RH-visuospatial model.Combined with distinctiveness of implicit learning- graded consciousness,developmental dynamic learning processes(Shanks, 2003; 2005).We assume that dynamic predominance of hemisphere existed in he background of implicit learning,not the absolute one hemisphere dominance.No matter from which aspects,most of the evidence supported the right hemisphere dominance.For the different paradigms or materials,followed the left hemisphere dominance.However,with the progress of the learning,the degree of consciousness will change and may lead to the transfer of the hemisphere dominance. For further research,by accurate EEG or f MRI technology,the transfer of the hemisphere dominance may be investigated in the background of dynamic implicit learning under strict experimental condition.
