水性聚氨酯灌浆材料的制备

摘要
以低毒不易挥发的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)代替甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,与亲水性聚醚多元醇反应合成聚氨酯预聚体,再配以添加剂制备得到环保型水性聚氨酯灌浆材料。通过探究NCO基含量对浆液密度、黏度、遇水膨胀率的影响确定了最佳投料比,研究了催化剂、缓凝剂种类和用量对浆液凝胶时间的影响,确定了最佳催化剂及缓凝剂的种类和用量,制备出的浆液活性较高,性能良好。
Environmentally friendly waterborne polyurethane grouting material was prepared from some additives and polyurethane prepolymer which were synthesized using hydrophilic polyols and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)with low toxicity instead of toluene diisocyanate(TDI).The effects of the-NCO content on the density,viscosity and the water expansion rate were explored,the optimal inventory ratio was confirmed.Then we explored the influence of the kinds and amounts of the catalyst and retarder on the gel time of the slurry.The optimal kind and amount of the catalyst and retarder were confimed.The activity and the performance of the slurry were preferably.
