热轧地下卷取机再制造工艺优化

摘要
首先通过对影响热轧地下卷取机寿命周期的原因进行分析;然后制定合理控制空心轴与支撑轴配合间隙、铜柱塞加工精度、扇形板表面微裂纹处理及联接螺钉材料选择等再制造工艺优化对策表;接着再通过对工艺优化相应对策进行具体实施;最后实施效果表明,这些措施不仅提高了热轧地下卷取机寿命周期,而且降低了备件再制造的成本,从而为企业创造了可观的经济效益。
First through the reasons for life cycle analysis on influence of hot rolled downcoiler;then remanufacturing process optimization strategy maked reasonably control the fit clearance of hollow shaft and supporting shaft and the pillars plug processing precision,segment surface micro crack treatment and screw connection material selection and so on;next through the process optimization implementation countermeasures;finally the implementation results,these measures not only improve the hot rolled downcoiler life cycle,but also reduce the cost of spare parts remanufacturing,thus creating considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
