摘要
本文研究了退火工艺参数及再结晶退火前长时预退火处理对MGH956冷轧板材再结晶组织的影响。采用光学显微镜对冷轧态板材在1 100~1350℃、5~240min等温退火组织的检验结果表明:退火工艺参数对板材完全再结晶的组织形貌和晶粒尺寸无明显影响;提高退火温度和延长保温时间有利于板材充分实现再结晶,但易于基体中微孔的聚集和长大。根据实验结果,制定了再结晶退火工艺规范。
Effects of annealing parameters on recrystallized microstructure of alloy MGH956 cold rolled sheet were studied.Microstructures of cold rolled sheets isothermally annealed at 1100 ~ 1350℃ for 5 ~240min were examined by optical microscopy.Results show that fully recrystallized structure morphology and grain size of the sheet are not able to be affected obviously by annealing parameters,and increasing annealing temperature and prolonging retaining time are beneficial for the cold rolled sheet to recrystallize thoroughly but also liable for the voids in matrix to coalesce and grow.Based on experimental results,rational recrystallization annealing parameters are selected.
