摘要
生态文明是一个综合的概念,不仅是传统意义上的生态保护、水土保持等,更是人文生态的一个人类文明发展阶段。在全国生态建设排名上,福建位居省区第一,福州位居省会及副省级城市第一。闽江流域的生态建设,对于福建和福州都至关重要。"全球重要农业文化遗产"福州茉莉花十分独特,与闽江中下游流域的生态文明建设联系紧密。一方面从水土保持方面看,福州茉莉花种植保护自然生态环境,与福州自然环境相得益彰,有利于闽江湿地水土保持和珍稀物种。另一方面从生态文化方面看,福州茉莉花文化促进城市人文生态发展:有利于传承优秀传统民间文化,促进古代文学艺术和民间习俗发展;有利于生态化社会主义新农村和城市农业建设;有利于城市生态文明建设,发展生态城市建设、弘扬"爱的奉献"的人文精神。因此福州茉莉花与闽江中下游流域的生态文明建设紧密联系,今后需加大力度保护福州茉莉花生态文明系统。
ecological civilization is a comprehensive concept,not only in the traditional sense of ecological protection,water and soil conservation,but also a human civilization development stage of human civilization.In the national ecological construction ranking,Fujian ranked first in the provinces,Fuzhou is the provincial capital and vice provincial cities.The ecological construction of Fuzhou river basin is very important for Fujian and Minjiang. " Important agricultural heritage of the world" Fuzhou jasmine flower is very unique,and in the middle and lower reaches of Minjiang river basin ecological civilization construction.On the one hand,from the perspective of soil and water conservation,Fuzhou Jasmine cultivation and conservation of natural ecological environment,and the natural environment of Fuzhou complement each other,is conducive to the Minjiang wetland soil and water conservation and rare species.On the other hand,from the aspect of cultural ecology,Fuzhou jasmine flower culture and promote the development of the urban human ecology:conducive to inherit the excellent traditional folk culture,promote the development of ancient literature and art and the folk custom;is conducive to ecological socialism new rural and urban agriculture construction;is advantageous to the City Construction of ecological civilization,eco city construction and development,promote the humanistic spirit of "devotion of love".Therefore,the construction of ecological civilization in the middle and lower reaches of Fuzhou is closely related with the Minjiang jasmine flower and the future need to intensify the protection of the ecological civilization system of jasmine flower in Fuzhou.
