复凝聚法在农药微胶囊制备中的应用

摘要
复凝聚法制备微胶囊主要包括以下步骤:1)将作为壁材的两种水溶性高分子电解质溶于水;2)将芯材溶于有机溶剂作为油相,油水两相经搅拌形成乳状液;3)添加酸溶液调节pH,然后进行冰浴,再添加碱溶液调节pH;4)添加戊二醛进行交联固化,得到固体微胶囊。复凝聚法制备微胶囊具有操作简单易行,壁材易降解,产品外观圆整,载药率和包封率均较高等优点。目前,已有甲基嘧啶磷,嘧菌酯,昆虫激素和昆虫蜕皮激素等多个农药品种采用该方法完成微胶囊化,复凝聚法在农药尤其是生物农药的微胶囊化过程中具有很高的应用潜力。
The preparation of microcapsules by complex coacervation method includes the following steps:1) dissolving two water-soluble polymer electrolyte in water phase as wall material;2) dissolving core material in organic solvent to form the oil phase,forming the emulsion by mixing the emulsion two phases;3) adding an acid solution to adjust the pH of emulsion,and then placing emulsion in the ice bath,adding an alkali solution to adjust pH again;4) adding the crosslinking agent glutaraldehyde to obtain solid microcapsules.The Microencapsulation by complex coacervation method is simple,the wall material is degradable,the appearance of microcapsules is rounded,the drug loading and encapsulation efficiency is higher.Currently,there are multiple varieties of pesticides such as pirimiphos-methyl,azoxystrobin,insect molting hormone and hormone to be microencapsulated by this method,complex coacervation method has potential applications in microencapsulation for pesticide especially for biological pesticides.
