健康教育在神经内科患者压疮护理中的有效运用观察

摘要
目的:评价和探讨健康教育在神经内科患者压疮护理中的临床疗效,并为神经内科患者压疮治疗和护理提供一定的参考借鉴。方法:将我院2012年6月到2014年6月收治的64例神经内科压疮患者随机分为观察组与对照组,其中32例对照组采用常规教育方式,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育方式,比较两组患者的生活质量水平情况。结果:观察组患者生活质量评分总分为(246.5±16.8)分明显高于对照组的(202.8±12.5)分,显著差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科压疮患者护理工作中采取健康教育能优化护患关系,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate and discuss the health education in neurology patients nursing clinical curative effect of pressure ulcers, and neurology patients with pressure ulcer treatmentand care to provide certain reference. Methods: From June 2012 to June 2014 treated 64 cases of neurology patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup, 32 cases in the control group using conventional education approaches, observation group based on the given health education mode, compared two groups of patients quality of life. Results: The observation group of patients quality of life score is(246.5±16.8) points is significantly higher than control group(202.8±12.5) points, significant difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The nerve internal medicine nursing of patients with pressure ulcers to take health education can optimize the relationship between nurses and patients improve patient quality of life, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
