降低AOD炉氩气消耗的生产实践

摘要
通过对不锈钢生产相关理论知识的学习以及生产数据的分析,在采取控制AOD炉出钢增氮、优化AOD炉还原时间、缩短冶炼周期、制定合适的氮氩切换点、优化排产顺序等措施后,AOD炉的氩气消耗得到进一步的降低,降低成本的同时也最大限度的避免因高压氩气波动对不锈钢生产的影响。
Through relevant theoretical knowledge of the learning and production data analysis of stainless steel production,after taking control of AOD furnace tapping nitrogen content increasing and optimization of reduction time,shorten the smelting cycle,formulate suitable nitrogen and argon switching point,optimization scheduling order of AOD furnace and other measures,the AOD argon consumption to further reduce,reduce cost and also the maximum to avoid due to the effect of high pressure argon gas fluctuation on the production of stainless steel.
