在总结AP1000主管道80吨级电渣锭(SA376 TP316LN)和CAP1400主管道120吨级电渣锭(SA376 TP316LN)成套生产经验的基础上,利用自主研发的130t电渣炉及相关专利技术,2015年生产了华龙一号示范工程主管道电渣锭(X2CrNiMo18-12)13只,最大锭重89吨。电渣锭表面质量优良,底部成型良好,与锭身一致,顶部补缩饱满密实平整。每只电渣锭顶、底端成分一致,同时,13只钢锭成分一致。电渣锭全部满足合同要求,现已全部锻压完工。
In the base of production experiences for AP1000 main pipe 80 tons electroslag remelting(ESR) ingot(SA376 TP316LN) and CAP1400 main pipe 120 tons ESR ingot(SA376 TP316LN),we use our developed 130 t electroslag furnace and related patented technologies to successfully produce 13 main pipe ESR ingots for Hualong 1 demonstration project,of which the heaviest one has 89 tons.Results indicate that the ESR ingots have excellent surface quality,good molded base shape aligned with the ingot body and densely flat tops.The chemical compositions of each ESR ingot are consistent from the top to the bottom while identical for all 13 ingots.All ESR ingots fully meet the contract requirements and are further completely forged.
