核电厂常规岛辅助冷却水系统管道防腐改造

摘要
秦山核电二厂常规岛辅助冷却水系统,整体管线及设备腐蚀严重,该系统为常规岛水系统所运行的设备提供冷却水,并通过水-水热交换器将二回路系统的热量排到海水中。若腐蚀过度,将会导致整个常规岛水系统瘫痪,进而导致停机事故。为此,我们针对该腐蚀情况,历经几次大修,对整个管线进行了改造。通过在管线上加装法兰和法兰盲板,利用机组大修时将法兰拆除,人员可达管线内部,对淤泥、腐蚀物等异物进行清理,并在管线内部涂刷防腐涂料。通过本项改造,可大大减轻管线内部及设备的腐蚀,提高机组长期安全稳定运行的水平。该改造机理可推广到类此腐蚀严重的管线系统,能更好的缩短大修工期,能更好的延长管线及设备的寿命,能为企业带来较大的经济效益。
the conventional island nuclear power Qinshantwo factory auxiliary cooling water system,the wholepipeline and equipment corrosion is serious,the operation for the conventional island water system equipment of thesystem provides cooling water.and the water-water heat exchanger two loop system heat discharge into the sea.If the corrosion is excessive,will lead to paralysis of the entirewater system of conventional island,which led to theshutdown accident.Therefore,we aimed at the corrosionsituation,several times after the overhaul,the wholepipeline reconstruction.Through the installation of flange and blind flanges in the pipeline,the use of unit overhaulflange removed,personnel can reach inside the pipelines,to clean mud,corrosion and other foreign matter,and in the pipeline interior paints.Through this transformation,can greatly reduce the internal corrosion of pipelines and equipment,improve the unit safe and stable operation of the level of.The modification mechanism can be extended to the class of the serious corrosion of the pipeline system,better able to shorten overhaul period,can better prolongthe service life of pipelines and equipment,can bring great economic benefits for enterprises.
