摘要
随着我国对高价值的易变质、需冷冻食品的生产和消费日益增加,随着人们对食品质量要求越来越苛刻,冷藏运输的作用也越来越受到关注。通过研究我国铁路冷藏运输现状,探索易腐物品运输特点,结合我国现阶段国情,以新型重载铁路冷藏车作为运输载体,提出了铁路冷藏运输发展的相关建议。
Along with our country to the high value of perishable and refrigerated food increasing production and consumption,as people on food quality requirements more and more strict,the effect of refrigerated transportation is becoming more and more attention.By studying the present situation of railway refrigerated transport in our country,explore the characteristics of perishable goods transportation,combining the situation of our country present stage,to the new type of heavy haul railway refrigerator car as transportation carrier,puts forward some Suggestions about the development of the railway refrigerated transport.
