屋面保温防水问题对建筑物安全性的影响

摘要
提出屋面保温防水对建筑物安全性的影响,通过3个工程实例,说明不合格的屋面保温防水做法,引起屋面裂缝、渗漏,分析屋面渗水对结构混凝土的破坏作用,混凝土细缝或气孔中的水在冬季发生冻胀,造成裂缝不断变长变宽,裂缝宽度超过允许限值时,结构必须加固处理。建议设计采用新型材料,加强结构防裂设计,提高施工质量,防止屋面裂缝、渗漏出现,保证结构安全。
In this paper,it puts forward the influence of roofing insulation waterproof on the safety of buildings.With three engineering examples,it illustrates the unqualified waterproof roof insulation,which causes the roof cracks and leakage,and analyzes the destructive effect of water seepage on structural concrete,it is pointed out that when the water frosts in the pores or cracks of concrete in winter,which causes the crack to get larger and deeper,when cracks width exceeds allowed limit,the structure must be reinforced.It is advised the design should apply new materials strengthen the structure anti-cracking design and improve the quality of construction,prevent the roof cracks and leakage,ensure the safety of the structure.
