雨洪管理目标下的城乡梯度河岸绿色空间规划

摘要
我国城市内涝、水环境污染等问题日益严峻。河岸绿色空间作为城乡空间的重要组分是雨洪管理实施的主要载体,试图探索一个系统化的河岸绿色空间规划方法。在认知城乡梯度上河岸绿色空间生态特征与流域生态过程的基础上,掌握河岸绿色空间在雨洪管理中发挥的作用;结合城市影响下的不同流域区段生态特征和城乡梯度空间功能诉求,制定分区针对性的雨洪管理梯级目标和策略;结合城乡梯度关联分区建设环境影响优化绿色空间关联土地利用布局;并进行城乡梯度上河岸绿色空间用地和复合蓝绿廊道管控,以及绿色基础设施配置。
