摘要
分区是自然保护地得以有效管理的必要手段,也是各国国家公园总体规划中的重要一环。我国国家公园的建设已正式启动,为中国国家公园建立统一的分区模式是确保国家公园得到有序管理的前提。本文总结了美国、加拿大西班牙、日本、中国台湾等国家和地区的国家公园分区模式,剖析了我国现有自然保护地分区规划中存在的问题,并提出了相关的解决途径,以期为中国国家公园分区模式的最终建立奠定理论基础。
Zoning is not only a necessary means for effective management of natural protected areas,but also an important part of the overall plan of National Park,Construction of the National Park in China has been officially launched.Creating a unified zoning mode for China National Park is a prerequisite for orderly management.In order to lay theoretical foundation for establishment of zoning mode for China National Park,this paper summed up the National Park zoning modes of USA,Canada,Spain,Japan,Taiwan,and other countries and regions,analyzed existing problems on zoning planning of natural protected area in China,and put forward solutions.
