基于主客体作用的纳米分子机器研究

摘要
纳米分子机器研究近年来成为了超分子化学以及纳米科技研究领域中重点热点与研究课题之一。过去几年里,我们发展了几种新型的三蝶烯衍生大环主体分子,并发现它们在超分子组装与纳米分子机器研究中显示出广泛的用途。1尤其是,基于三蝶烯衍生的三冠醚主体,通过主客体相互作用,我们2设计构建了魔术环纳米组装体;实现了酸碱可控的分子滑轮运动、特别是实现了酸碱可控的、逐级的、方向选择性的分子开关运动,为进一步的单方向分子马达运动研究奠定了基础。最近,我们还发现了一个新型的轮烷封端基团离去反应,并由此发展了一种新型的单方向物质运输体系。同时通过详细地研究基于三蝶烯衍生三冠醚的主客体运动,提出了一种新型的蠕虫运动机理。
In recent years, nano-molecular machines have become one of the most important and hot topics in supramolecular chemistry and nanotechnology. During the past years, we have developed several different kinds of triptycene-derived macrocyclic hosts, and found that they showed wide applications in molecular self-assemblies and nano-molecular machines. Especially, by the host-guest interactions based on triptycene-derived host containing three crown ether moieties, we have constructed a magic-ring assembly, generated a pulley-like shuttling motion controlled by acid and base, and also achieved controlled stepwise motion in a multivalent [2](3)catenane. Recently, we found a novel DBU-catalyzed stopper-leaving reaction in a rotaxane system, and further developed a directional molecular transportation. Moreover, we also detailedly investigated the guest threading process in the triptycene-derived three crown ether, and proposed a novel worm movement mechanism.
