一种新型倾翻机构的仿真分析及结构优化

摘要
托盘分拣机是实现大中型机场行李高速自动分拣的核心必备产品,其突出特点是分拣效率高,相比传统转盘-推臂式分拣模式提高了3~4倍。针对托盘分拣机的最核心运动部件——倾翻机构进行了结构创新设计,并对其进行了两种工作状态下的仿真分析,一种为注入行李对倾翻机构冲击时的仿真分析,另一种为机构运动过程中的仿真分析,并根据仿真分析结果,对不满足要求的零部件进行了结构优化,直到仿真分析结果满足设计要求为止。该新型倾翻机构具有倾翻速度快、机构可靠性高、节能等优点,且仿真分析及结构优化方法,具有较大的通用性,为其他类似物流领域的应用提供了较高的参考价值。
Tilting tray sorter is the necessary product to realize the baggage high-speed and automatic sorting for large and medium sized airport,its biggest character is the high sorting efficiency and the efficiency is improved by 3-4 times compared to the traditional sorting mode.The core mechanism of tilting tray sorter is tilting mechanism.The paper introduces a new type of tilting mechanism,and two kind of simulation analysis are made for tilting mechanism.The structure optimization is made according to the result of simulation analysis until the simulation result is satisfied with the design requirement.The innovation tilting mechanism has lots of advantage,such as the high efficiency,high reliability,energy conservation and so on,what's more the mode of simulation analysis and structure optimization is general,so higher reference value is provided by the paper for other similar logistics field.
