基于耦合场仿真的永磁同步电机噪声分析

摘要
为了分析转子分段斜极对电机蠕行工况下电磁噪声的影响,对转子两段斜极和四段斜极两种方案的样机噪声进行了耦合场仿真和实验测试。通过仿真分析和实验测试分别得到了两个样机的噪声仿真结果及噪声频谱图,对测试结果进行分析发现转子四段斜极有助于消除电机蠕行时的96阶噪声,将仿真结果和实验测试结果进行对比,验证了基于耦合场仿真的电机噪声分析方法的可靠性。
In order to analyze the effect of the segmented oblique poles on the electromagnetic noise rotor under the motor creeping condition,a coupled field noise simulation of the two prototypes was carried out which have two- segment oblique pole rotor and four- segment oblique pole rotor,and then an experiment test was carried out to test the noise of the two prototypes.As a result,some simulation results and noise frequency spectrum diagrams were obtained through the simulation analysis and the experiment test,and the test results indicated that the four-segment oblique pole rotor helps eliminate the 96 th rank noise under creeping condition,and beyond that,through comparing the simulation results with the experimental test results,it was verified that the motor noise analyzing method based on the coupling field simulation is reliable.
