微生物发酵产物对硫酸盐还原菌生物膜的分解作用

摘要
硫酸盐还原菌是引起微生物腐蚀的主要细菌之一。本工作以硫酸盐还原菌生物膜为研究对象,探讨了海洋微生物发酵产物对硫酸盐还原菌生物膜的分解作用。研究结果表明,蛋白酶产生菌A的发酵产物能够有效清除材料表面已经形成的硫酸盐还原菌生物膜。蛋白酶产生菌A对硫酸盐还原菌生物膜的清除主要依赖于发酵液中蛋白酶对生物膜中大分子的降解作用,而不是对硫酸盐还原菌的杀灭作用。上述实验结果为利用生物技术防止微生物腐蚀提供了有益的启示。
Sulfate reducing bacteria are a main type of bacteria involved in microbiologically influenced corrosion.In this paper,the effect of fermented product on sulfate reducing bacteria biofilm was discussed.The result showed that fermented product reduced biofilm on glass-slip distinctively.The test also showed that the fermented product hadn't negatively influence on sulfate-reducing bacteria cell,while fermented product hydrolyzed the large molecule in biofilm to reduce the amount of sulfate reducing bacteria on glass slip.
