摘要
本文通过干式滚齿因素试验,确定齿轮模数、零件硬度、切削速度、进给量对干式滚齿表面粗糙度、齿轮精度、加工功率以及切屑形态的影响。通过对试验过程的跟踪观测与测量数据分析确定干滚工艺的适用范围,并给出推荐的切削参数。
By mean of the dry hobbing factor test,what can be determinated are module and hardness of gears,cutting speed,surface roughness caused by feeds,gear precision,machining power and the influence on cutting shape.Moreover,the dry hobbing application scope and recommended cutting parameters have been defined by continuous observation and analysis.
