南极鱼博氏南冰鰧Pagothenia borchgrevinki是一个研究热应力机制的理想模型。在这项研究中完整的p.borchgrevinki线粒体基因组被测序出来。基因组序列为17299 bp的长度,包含13蛋白质编码基因,22个转运RNA,2个核糖体RNA和1个调控区域。总体碱基组成是20.45%G,25.11%A,29.46%T和24.98%C,A:T比为54.57%。
Antarctic icefish Pagothenia borchgrevinki is an ideal model for studying heat stress mechanisms. The complete mitochondrial genome of P. borchgrevinki was sequenced in this study.The genome sequence is 17,299 bp in length, which comprises 13 protein-coding genes, 22 t RNAs,2 rRNAs, and a control region. The overall base composition is 20.45% G, 25.11% A, 29.46% T and 24.98 C%, with an A:T content of 54.57%.
