摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高和保健意识的增强,食品的安全性受到越来越多的关注。天然色素则以安全性高,有一定的营养价值和保健作用而受到广泛关注,开发利用天然色素已成为色素行业发展的总趋势。
With the enhancement of people's living standards and health awareness,food security is more and more attention.Natural pigments while safe,have some nutritional value and health effects of widespread concern,the development of the natural pigment has become the general trend of the pigment industry.
