摘要
目的:探讨利多卡因复合罗哌卡因持续硬膜外阻滞麻醉在剖腹产手术中的应用效果。方法:将我院2014年7月2016年6月收治的行剖腹产手术的164例患者随机分为对照组与研究组各82例,所有患者行剖腹产手术时均接受持续硬膜外阻滞麻醉,对照组采用2%利多卡因,研究组采用利多卡因复合罗哌卡因,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:研究组阻滞起效时间(3.37±1.24)min、阻滞完善时间(13.52±0.93)min、持续时间(7.35±0.28)min均显著优于对照组(5.18±0.86)min、(11.14±0.74)min、(6.02±0.56)min(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率0.98%与对照组8.54%无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在剖腹产手术中应用利多卡因复合罗哌卡因持续硬膜外阻滞麻醉效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective:to investigate the compound lidocaine,pp because continuous epidural block anesthesia in cesarean section in the application effect Methods:our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were the lines of a cesarean section of 165 patients were randomly divided into control group and the team all 55 patients,all patients with cesarean section surgery under continuous epidural block anesthesia,the control group with 2%lidocaine,the team using lidocaine compound,pp because,compared two groups of narcotic effect.Results:Team block working time(3.37 ± 1.24) min,blocking time(13.52 ± 0.93)min,duration(7.35 ±0.28 min) were significantly better than the control group(5.18 ± 0.86) min and(11.14 ± 0.74) min and(6.02 ±0.56) min(P< 0.05):The team incidence of adverse reactions to 0.98%and 8.54%in control group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:the application of lidocaine compound in a cesarean section,pp because continuous epidural block anesthesia effect is remarkable,and high safety,worth clinical promotion.
