温和条件下铜基催化剂催化的胺与CO_2的甲酰化反应

摘要
甲酰胺是一类具有广泛应用的化学品,可以作为工业溶剂与合成其它重要化学品的原料。在还原剂存在下,采用二氧化碳作为碳源是甲酰胺的一条重要合成路线。在本工作中我们发现乙酸铜的2,2-双(二苯基膦基)乙烷(DPPE)配合物可以有效催化胺与CO_2的甲酰化反应,并且反应条件温和。在室温、1大气压的二氧化碳条件下,0.1 mol%用量的催化剂即可催化各种脂肪胺和芳香胺与CO_2的甲酰化反应,甲酰胺的收率可以达到95%以上。在实验基础上,讨论了反应的机理。这一工作发展了一条胺与CO_2的甲酰化反应的高效路线。
Formamides are a class of chemicals with wide applications in industry as solvents and raw materials for synthesis of other chemicals.In this work,we studied N-formylation of amines with CO_2 and PhSiH_3 to produce formamides catalyzed by a copper complex.It was demonstrated that Cu(OAc)2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane(dppe) catalytic system was very efficient for this kind of reactions at ambient condition,and the yields of the corresponding desired products were very high only 0.1 mol%catalyst loading.
