别汉棱镜像面偏振态测试方法研究

摘要
利用1/4波片和检偏器检测别汉棱镜像面偏振态分布特性,实验分析偏振态与入射角之间的关系。实验采用检测像面斯托克斯矢量得出光经过光学系统在像面的偏振度、偏振方位角、偏振椭率。自然光入射别汉棱镜,在像面上下两个屋脊面不存在偏振像差。部分偏振光入射别汉棱镜,在像面上下两个屋脊面存在偏振像差线。线偏振光入射,在上下屋脊面存在偏振像差,在像面上下两个屋脊面偏振度是很接近。
The polarization characteristics of the prism surface were detected by 1/4 wave plate and analyzer.The relationship between the polarization state and the incident angle was analyzed experimentally.The polarimetric,polarized azimuth,and polarized ellipses of the optical system in the image plane are obtained by detecting the image of the Stokes image.Natural light is incident on the prism,there is no polarization aberration on the roof surface of the upper and lower sides.Partial polarized light is incident on the prism,there are polarized aberrations in the upper and lower sides of the image plane.Linearly polarized light incident,in the upper and lower roof of the existence of polarization aberration,in the image plane on both sides of the roof surface polarization is very close.
