生物基聚酯多元醇的合成及性能探讨

摘要
以发酵法得来的丁二酸和1,3-丙二醇为原料制备了生物基聚丁二酸-1,3-丙二醇酯二醇,并且对其合成过程和在弹性体应用过程中的关键点进行讨论。结果表明,原料酸醇比为1︰1.1时,酯化反应温和,制备得到的生物基聚酯二醇相对分子质量约为2000,色泽浅,黏度适中,适合于聚氨酯弹性体的生产,并且能够满足弹性体的性能要求。
Bio-based poly(propylene succinate) diol was prepared by succinic acid which came from fermentation method and 1,3-propanediol.The key points of manufacture process and application of polyurethane elastomer based on the bio-based polyester diol were discussed.The experimental results showed that esterification reaction was steady when acid-alcohol ratio of 1:1.1 and relative molecular mass of bio-based polyester polyol was about 2000,it was appropriated for production and performance requirement of polyurethane elastomer because the characteristics of light color and moderate viscosity.
