单宁酸改性对胶原膜性能的影响

采用不同浓度的单宁酸(0.4~1.6 g/L)改性胶原膜,研究其各项性能变化,期望得到一种性能优良的膜。结果显示,单宁酸浓度为1.2 g/L时,改性后的胶原膜性能最优;红外光谱表明,单宁酸分子的酚羟基与胶原分子发生了多点氢键结合,并且胶原的三股螺旋结构未被破坏;改性胶原膜的热稳定性提高,耐酶解性能增强,机械强度增加,但吸水率有所降低。
In order to get a membrane with excellent properties,collagen membranes were modified by the different concentrations of tannic acid(0.4~1.6g/L) and the properties were studied.The result showed that the optimal properties of collagen membrane could be obtained by using tannic acid with 1.2 g/L.The infrared spectroscopy results showed that the phenolic hydroxyl groups of tannic acid interacted with collagen by hydrogen bonds and the triple helix structure of collagen was not damaged.The thermal stability,enzymatic resistance and mechanical strength of the collagen membrane were improved by the optimal tannic acid concentration.However,the water absorption ratio was decreased.
