摘要
本文以某车型后背门外观匹配为研究对象,从单件合格率、装配过程一致性和车身安装点精度方面进行原因分析,并结合夹具三坐标检测和检具测量确定影响后背门外观配合的主要因素,制定相应整改方案并进行装配验证,归纳总结后背门外观匹配的主要影响因素及控制方法。
Taking a vehicle matching the appearance of the back door as the research object,cause analysis from a single piece qualified rate,the assembly process consistency and accuracy of body mounting points,and combined with the fixture coordinate detection and measurement gages determine the impact of the back door with the appearance the main factors to develop appropriate corrective programs and assembly verification,summarized the main factors and control method of matching the appearance of the tailgate.
