心理干预在高血压病治疗中的作用探讨

摘要
目的:分析心理干预在高血压病治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取我门诊就诊治疗的88例高血压患者分组治疗,对照组44例高血压常规治疗,实验组44例常规治疗+心理干预,对比治疗后两组患者的降压效果以及遵医行为。结果:对照组降压有效率是75.00%,实验组降压有效率是95.45%,数据比较,P<0.05,实验组降压效果显著;1个月后电话随访时,对照组漏服人数占比大,漏服次数多,与实验组比较,P<0.05,对照组患者遵医行为差。结论:心理干预应用于高血压病治疗,可以缓解患者不良情绪,提升患者遵医行为,有助于保持血压控制效果,值得推广。
Objective:to analyze the application of psychological intervention on the hypertension treatment effect.Selection Methods:our clinic treatment of 88 patients with hypertension group and control group of 44 cases of conventional treatment of hypertension,and the experimental group of 44 cases with conventional treatment+psychological intervention,compared two groups of patients after treatment of antihypertensive effect and as directed by the medical behavior.Results:the control group antihypertensive effectiveness is 75.00%,the experimental group antihypertensive effectiveness is 95.45%,data comparison,P<0.05,the experimental group antihypertensive effect is obvious;Telephone follow-up 1 month later,the control group accounts for missing number than the big,missing more frequently,compared with the experimental group,P<0.05,the control group patients according to the medical behavior.Conclusion:psychological intervention was applied to hypertension treatment,bad mood,can relieve patients improve patients according to the medical behavior,helps to keep blood pressure control effect,is worth promoting.
