海水环境下掺合料对硫铝酸盐水泥的水化影响

摘要
研究了海水环境下掺入硅灰、粉煤灰、矿渣对硫铝酸盐水泥抗压强度、化学收缩和水化产物的影响规律。结果表明:当掺入2.5%硅灰时,抗压强度比空白组高;当掺入10%矿渣时,28d抗压强度明显超过掺入硅灰和粉煤灰的强度,60d强度高于空白组。在水化早期,粉煤灰和矿渣的火山灰活性很低,导致化学收缩降低。掺入10%硅灰加快了硫铝酸盐水泥3d水化反应,钙矾石生成量增多,使得其早期强度比掺其它掺合料有所提高,但不利于水泥的持续水化;掺10%矿渣的水泥浆体水化28d生成的水化产物明显增多,使得水泥后期强度提高.
The influences of silica fume,fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag on the compressive strength,chemical shrinkage and hydration products of sulphoaluminate cement under seawater condition were investigated.The results showed that the compressive strength of cement paste was higher than the control group when the content of silica fume was 2.5%.The compressive strength of cement paste with 10%of slag at 28 days evidently surpassed that of silica fume and fly ash.The compressive strength at 60 days was even higher than the control group.The low pozzolanic activity of fly ash and slag during early hydration resulted in the decrease of chemical shrinkage of cement paste.10%of silica fume accelerated the hydration reaction of sulphoaluminate cement during 3 days and the production of ettringite was increased,which enhanced its early strength compared to the others,but had a negative effect on the continuous hydration of cement.The hydration products during 28 days of cement paste were significantly increased when 10%of slag was used,thus improved the later strength.
