摘要
条纹相机是一种快速诊断设备。扫描电路作为其电子系统的基本部件,对条纹相机的性能有重要影响。提升扫描脉冲的电压变化率可以提升扫描速度,从而提升条纹相机的时间分辨率。本文设计了一种基于雪崩晶体管的高速扫描电路,电路小巧利于在条纹相机上集成安装。获得了扫描脉冲幅值?2.3 KV,边沿4 ns,延迟26 ns。在一台条纹相机上测得扫描非线性1.95%,扫描速度61.4 ps/mm,均为优秀的指标。
The streak camera is a fast diagnosis device. The sweep circuit is the basic component of its electronic system, which has a great effect on its performance. An increase in the slope of the sweep pulse could raise the sweep rate, which improves the temporal resolution. A fast sweep circuit based on avalanche transistors is developed, which is small and easy to install on the streak camera. The output voltage range is ? 2.3 KV with the edge time of 4 ns and the delay time of 26 ns. When the circuit installed on a streak camera, excellent results are obtained that the nonlinearity is 1.95% and the sweep rate is 61.4 ps/mm.
