摘要
离子色谱法是美国Small等人以离子交换色谱法为基础建立的一种液相色谱分离分析技术,因具有检测速度快、灵敏度高和精密度高的特点,在药物分析中得到了广泛的应用。
Ion chromatography is a liquid separation and analysis of American Small et al.Ion exchange chromatography based chromatography,because it has the characteristic of fast detection,high sensitivity and high precision,has been widely used in pharmaceutical analysis.
