叶尔羌高原鳅仔鱼对盐碱耐受性研究

摘要
采用急性毒理学实验方法,对叶尔羌高原鳅仔鱼进行盐碱耐受性试验,分析盐碱胁迫下仔鱼毒性影响。并采用水生态毒理联合效应相加指数法进行盐碱联合试验,探讨不同盐碱梯度条件下叶尔羌高原鳅增养殖活动可行性。结果显示:pH为6.5-7.5,温度在(20±1)℃,盐度对仔鱼的24、48、72、96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为7.7334、6.4007、5.6797、4.3908;安全值(SC)分别为1.5893。碱度对仔鱼的24、48、72、96 h的LC50分别为半致死浓度(LC50)分别为3.9194 g/L、2.7417 g/L、1.7618 g/L、1.0281 g/L;安全值(SC)为0.5754 g/L。盐碱混合正交试验中,48 h碱度半致死浓度(LC50)与盐度的关系式,Alk=5.613-0.718S。在48 h内盐和碱的关系全部为协同作用,且其效应逐渐加强。研究表明,叶尔羌高原鳅资源早期发育中盐度胁迫至关重要,直接影响其生长和发育,盐碱混合试验在致毒过程中作用显著,影响颇大,本研究可为今后在内陆盐碱水域开展叶尔羌高原鳅增养殖提供科学依据。
An acutetoxicity test was conducted to in Triplophysa(Hedinichthys) yarkandensis(Day).To studied the various concentrations of salinity prepared by Salinity(S)/Alkalinity(Alk)and saline-alkaline mixture by one-way and two-way of salt or/and alkaline tests.The results showed that when alkalinity was pH 6.5-7.5 with T(20±1) ℃, the LC50 of S concentration to it were 7.7334、6.4007、5.6797、4.3908 at 24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h. And the safe S concentration was1.5893. The LC50 of Alk to it were 3.9194 g/L、2.7417 g/L、1.7618 g/L、1.0281 g/L at 24 h、48h、72 h、96 h, respectively, and the safe alkalinity was 0.5754 g/L.The relationship of the 48 h LC50values between Alk and S is: Alk=5.613-0.718 S.The toxic effects were synergistic in 48 h,but gradually strengthened.The results show that the salinity is very important in the early development, and the choice of its salinity will directly affect its growth and development of it,and to provided basic data to it land pond culture.
