煤基金属催化剂Fe/AC,Ni/AC和NiFe/AC的一步法制备及其催化性能

摘要
新疆具有丰富的煤炭资源,为了提高煤的附加值,本文以新疆库车煤为原料,一步法制得金属催化剂Fe/AC,Ni/AC和NiFe/AC。该方法使Ni~(2+)和Fe~(3+)同时还原且负载在活性炭表面,不仅提高了活性组分的稳定性,使镍、铁纳米颗粒得到有效分散,而且避免了对载体进行前处理。除此之外,Ni和Fe的存在,使催化剂具有超顺磁性,能快速从反应体系中分离。同时,我们系统研究了在NaBH_4存在下,该材料催化还原对硝基苯酚(4-NP)的性能及其循环稳定性。在室温下,NiFe/AC可在2.5 min内将4-NP转化为对氨基苯酚(4-AP),并且循环5次后依然保持较高的转化率。以此方法制备的催化剂不仅可将煤转化成具有高附加值的煤基催化材料,而且简单、高效,在工业上具有潜在的应用价值。
The one-step route makes Fe~(2+) and Ni~(2+) were in-situ reduced and loaded on the coal-based activated carbons, leading to composites with good stabilities and avoiding the complicated pretreatment for the carriers. Catalytic activity and stability of these composites in reducing 4-NP with NaBH_4 are systematically studied. The Ni Fe/AC has high catalytic properties due to the synergistic effect of bimetals and it can be facilely magnetic separated. In brief, this simple synthetic method has a great potential for industrial applications.
