品管圈在神经外科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果评价

摘要
目的:对品管圈在神经外科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果进行探讨。方法:选择我院从2014年1月到2015年12月收治的神经外科患者100例作为研究对象,对比实施品管圈前后患者护理满意度。结果:实施品管圈前,患者护理满意度为78%,实施后患者护理满意度为96%。实施品管圈后患者护理满意度明显高于实施前满意度,前后差异明显,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:运用品管圈,能够提升神经外科护理质量,提升患者对护理的满意度,在临床中值得大力推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle in the continuous improvement of neurosurgery nursing quality. Methods: 100 patients with neurosurgery fromJanuary 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients before and after the quality control circle was compared. Results: Before the quality control circle, the satisfaction degree of the patients was 78%, and the satisfaction degree of the patients was 96%. The quality of care satisfaction was significantly higher than thatbefore the implementation of quality control circle, before and after the difference was significant, with statistical significance, P <0.05. Conclusion: The use of quality control ring can improvethe quality of neurosurgery nursing care, improve patient satisfaction with the care, should be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
