掺铜矿渣路面混凝土性能及微波除冰效率试验研究

摘要
为提高水泥混凝土路面微波除冰效率,在混凝土中加入吸波能力强,升温速度快的冶金工业铜矿渣。通过力学强度试验,分析和研究铜矿渣代替部分砂掺入路面混凝土中的可行性;通过微波加热试验对比分析了普通混凝土和掺入铜矿渣混凝土的微波除冰效果。结果表明:铜矿渣掺入量不超过细骨料的50%时,混凝土的工作性、强度均能够满足要求;掺入铜矿渣制作的混凝土试件能够显著提高微波除冰效率,并且随铜矿渣掺量的增加,除冰效率提高。
In order to improve the efficiency of microwave deicing of cement concrete pavement,X-type-slag,with the highly ability of absorbing wave and temperature increased,is mixed in cement concrete.By different concrete mechanical strength tests compared,The feasibility of replacing partial sand with X-type-slag in pavement concrete is analyzed and studied;Microwave deicing effects to ordinary concrete and the concrete replaced some sand with X-type-slag were compared and analyzed by microwave heating specimens experiments.The results show:The workability and strength of concrete,in which some sand replaced with X-type-slag not more than 50%of fine aggregate,are met the requirements.The efficiency of microwave deicing of concrete specimens with X-type-slag replaced some sand is significantly improved,and the order of X-type-slag of sand in fifty percent,the efficiency of microwave deicing is improved with X-type-slag increased.
