摘要
以济南市为例,对养老地产的植物景观规划进行研究,通过研究济南的自然概况以及人口老龄化和养老地产的现状,结合济南两处现有的养老地产,济南天怡养生苑和济南灵岩绿洲养生苑,得出济南养老地产的植物景观规划的现状。老年人的生理特征以及心理特征对植物景观规划有一定的影响,并且基于园艺疗法,研究植物对老人的生理以及心理的影响,得出养老地产的植物规划原则和策略。
Case in Jinan City,for the pension estate of Plant landscape study by research before Jinan nature and status of the aging population and retirement real estate,combined with two existing pension estate Jinan,Jinan Tianyi Health Court and Jinan Lingyan Health Court,obtained the property status of the pension Jinan plant landscape planning.Physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics of the elderly have some influence on the plant landscape planning and horticulture based therapy,the impact of plant physiology and psychology for the elderly,obtained plants pension estate planning principles and strategies.
