压力变化对水消声器声学性能影响的试验研究

摘要
为了研究压力变化对直通穿孔管水消声器声学性能的影响,在以泵为声源、压力水罐调节管路压力的循环水管路系统上,采用两负载法试验获得水消声器的传递损失。在水消声器两侧分别安装3个水听器,任选其中两个水听器获得的消声器声学性能吻合良好,试验验证了传递损失能够反映消声器的固有声学特性。试验结果表明,随着管路压力的增加,消声器的消声量减小。
In order to investigate the effect of the pipe pressure on the acoustic performance of the straight through perforated muffler filled with water, the circulating water-piping with the centrifugal pump and the water reservoir is employed, and the two load method is adopted to obtain the transmission loss of the muffler. Three hydrophones are fixed on each side of the muffler. Results from any two of the hydrophones agree well with each other, which demonstrates that the transmission loss can reveal the natural acoustic characteristic of the muffler. As the pipe pressure increase, the amount of noise elimination decreases.
