摘要
我国高等教育正处于一个深化改革,高度发展的时期,正在大力推进教育现代化、多元化。民办教育是教育体系重要组成部分,民办医学教育面临政府财政投入不足,师资队伍不稳定,教学资源不足等困境。人体解剖学是医学基础课程的核心课程,专业名词多,学习起来枯燥难记,影响医学生的学习兴趣及技能训练。然而人体解剖学教学尸体标本来源日益困难,如何解决教学资源的不足,做好人体解剖学教学工作,培育出社会需求满意,学生就业率高,合格的医卫应用性人才,作一个雏形的思考。
The higher education in China is being a state of further reformation and it is developing quickly.The government is making efforts to have education modernized and diversified.Non-government funded education plays an important part in education system.Non-government medical education is faced with some problems such as inadequate financial investment from the government,no long-term teaching staff and lacking teaching materials.As the core course of basic medical courses,anthropotomy contains plenty of professional terms which are boring to learn.Furthermore,teaching results have great influence on the interest and skill training of medical students.Meanwhile,it is increasingly difficult to obtain the sample of dead body for anthropotomy teaching.Therefore,the paper is bout how to solve the problem of lacking teaching materials,how to teach anthropotomy well and how to train application-oriented talents who are qualified for the requirements of the society with high employment rate.
